FRANCESCA FINI
Francesca Fini is an interdisciplinary artist working with experimental cinema, 3d animation, new media, and performance art. Her projects, often addressing gender issues related topics, are a mix of traditional media and new technologies. Primarily interested in video and live art, she also produces artworks assembling performance art and video art relics. She exhibited and performed, among many other venues, at WRO Biennale, NordArt International, Mana Contemporary, Bob Wilson’s Watermill Center, Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, MACRO and MAXXI Museum Rome, Georgia Institute of Technology, and the Venice International Performance Art Week.
She is cited by online Treccani Encyclopedia as one of the greatest exponents of cyber-performance in Italy.
