1. Type of data processed
The Company is the owner of the processing of the personal data communicated by the User to the writer and may include, by way of example but not limited to, the data necessary for registration on the site and for billing, such as: Name, Surname, Address, Email, lot VAT, fiscal code, company name, telephone / mobile phone, IP address, bank or credit card details.
2. Purpose of the processing
Data processing is carried out by the Data Controller in the course of its activities.
In particular, the Data provided by the Data Subjects will be processed, using IT and non-IT tools, for the following purposes:

3. Processing methods
The Data will be processed by the Data Controller with electronic and manual systems in accordance with the principles of correctness, loyalty and transparency established by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and protecting the privacy of the Interested Person through technical and organizational security measures to guarantee a level of adequate security.
4. Data retention
• Purpose n. 1: Data provided by the interested party will be processed for the entire duration of the browsing session, and will be canceled within two years. • Purpose n. 2: The data provided by the data subject will be processed until revocation of the consent, and stored in electronic format and held for ten years after cancellation. If the user, following registration, has placed an order, the data used for billing will be kept, by law, for ten years from the issue of the tax document. • Purpose n. 3: The data will be processed until the consent is revoked, unless they have been provided for the pursuit of other purposes such as, for example, the purchase of products through e-commerce; the data subject’s right to no longer receive newsletters remains.
5. Communication, dissemination and transfer of data
The Data may be processed, within the limits of what is necessary, by authorized personnel, adequately trained and trained, by the Data Controller as well as by the personnel of third parties who provide services to the Owner and carry out processing on behalf of and on instruction of the latter as data processors . In case of communication to third parties the recipients may be, by way of example:

More generally, in the course of their ordinary business activities, the Data may be communicated to subjects who carry out activities of control, revision and certification of the activities carried out by the Data Controller, consultants and freelancers in the context of fiscal, judicial and case of corporate transactions for which it is necessary to evaluate company assets, public bodies and administrations, as well as subjects legitimately entitled to receive such information, Italian and foreign judicial authorities and other public authorities, for purposes related to the fulfillment of legal obligations , or for the fulfillment of the obligations assumed and arising from the contractual relationship, including for reasons of defense in court.
The data collected will not be transferred to countries outside the EU by the Data Controller, but third-party cookies, if activated, may involve the transfer to their owners, who may reside in territories outside the European Economic Area .
6. Automatic profiling and / or processing activities
The data collected will not be subject to profiling or automatic processing, and any processing in this direction that may occur is carried out not by the Data Controller, but by the owners of third-party cookies, such as, for example, Google Analytics and Jetpack. 8. What are the rights of the interested party
The interested party may exercise, in relation to the processing of the data described therein, the rights provided by the GDPR (articles 15-21), including:
• receiving confirmation of the existence of the Data and accessing their content (access rights);
• update, modify and / or correct the Data (right of correction);
• ask for the deletion or limitation of the processing of the Data processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the Data were collected or otherwise processed (right to be forgotten and the right to limitation);
• oppose the processing (right of opposition);
